Inside ticker

Reply to any post with @ticker send @alice 5 NVDA. That is the whole thing. Alice gets five shares of Nvidia — even if she has never heard of us, has no account, and never signs up. Nothing to install, nothing to set up, nobody to ask.

Real companies

Fifty-nine companies you already know, from Apple and Nvidia to Netflix and Costco. Send a whole share or a sliver of one — whatever you can say, you can send.

What this is

Sign in with X once. From then on, anyone you can @mention, you can send shares to. They do not need an account, an app, or any idea this exists — the stock is simply there when they show up. It is the address book you already have, doing something it could not do before.

How it works

Sign in with X

01

One tap. No forms, no documents, nothing to set up. And if somebody sent you shares before you ever got here, they are already waiting for you.

Say what you want to send

02

Send @alice 5 NVDA. Or 5 NVDA to @alice. Or just gift 0.25 NVDA under someone’s post. Say it the way you would say it out loud — it understands all of them.

They get it

03

Usually in seconds. There is nothing for them to claim, accept or download — and you get a reply confirming it landed, not a promise that it might.

Three steps, and the person you are sending to does none of them.

Straight answers

Who actually holds the shares?

We do, on your behalf — the way a broker holds them for you. Signing in with X is the only key you need: there is nothing to write down, back up or lose. That is what lets someone be paid by handle without ever setting anything up.

)

What if the person I send to has never used this?

It still works. The shares are theirs the moment you send them. They sign in with X whenever they like and find them already there — nothing expires, nothing needs claiming, and nobody has to be told in advance.

(
)

Can I send part of a share?

Yes. Send a tenth of a share, or a thousandth. There is no minimum and nothing gets rounded on the way — what you type is what arrives.

(
)

Which companies can I send?

Fifty-nine of them — Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, Netflix, Costco and the rest. The whole list, with what each one is, is on the Stocks page.

(
)

How fast does it arrive?

Seconds, usually — about as long as it takes to scroll past the post you replied to. You get a confirmation once it is genuinely theirs, so the moment you see it, it is done.

(
)

Do they need to know in advance?

It works either way. Most people find out when they open the app and see it already sitting there, which is a good deal more fun than being warned about it first.
